The Women's Street Smart Self-Defence System is probably the most practical, comprehensive, fun and informative hands-on self-defence workshop for
females in New Zealand & Australia. The instructors know not to spend too much
time talking and utilise as much time as possible demonstrating and
making sure everyone masters the techniques shown.
What we teach is how to deal with the worst-case scenario, when the
awareness, avoidance and de-escalation have failed, there's no obvious
way to escape and it all turns violent and physical.
